Booked an AM appointment. Received two confirmation emails, both said an AM appointment.
Logged in and it said a 'full day appointment'.
SMS the night before, "Don't forget your PM appointment tomorrow".
Clicked the email for 'view your appointment' and the link is broken (8:45am 4/3/26).
Call centre can't help, they can only read diaries. Their manager can't help. Their Planning Team don't accept calls.
Told to raise a complaint via the feedback form. The feedback form errored and told me to call the call centre.
Won't be doing this again, thank you.
