The engineer who came to service my heat pump was absolutely brilliant. He was punctual , thorough and friendly . He was happy to explain things and willing to answer what were probably daft questions from me.
I was greeted by Mark who put me through to the correct department as I'd missed a call to book in a warranty visit, he was very professional. Adam answered the call, very pleasant and helpful, so efficient and within a couple of minute, I had an appointment. I'd wasn't too keen on the automated bit, I understand why it's there but the questions bore no relevance to what I required.
I had a problem with my boiler and engineer number 320 came to my Curo flat and he was so rude, spending more time looking around at my belongings. Looking down at me and my things. Really unfriendly, just walked out without saying anything. I felt really uncomfortable, I do not recommend this company at all. This service has really upset me

THEY SENT AN EMAIL. IMPOSSIBLE TO AMEND APPOINTMENT VIA LINK. TOOK 35 MINS BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERED TELEPHONE. THEN GOT SOMEONE WHO TOOK 5 SECONDS TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION.
NO TIME GIVEN FOR APPOINTMENT.
ASKED TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR ......INDIVIDUAL DID NOT WANT TO PUT THROUGH.....ANOTHER 23 MINS WAITING..........NOTHING..............
TRIED AND WASTED AN ANOTHER HOUR VIA VIRTUAL ASSISTANT. WHOEVER SET THIS HOPELESS SYSTEM UP NEEDS TO BE SACKED.
Engineer failed to turn up after having appointment confirmed.
Took afternoon off work and waited for the whole pm slot 12-6.
Rang them just before 6. They tried to contact engineer but phoned turned off. Tracked vehicle and he had gone home.
How very considerate to let me know he would not be attending my property as arranged. Not sure what QA processes are in place to check jobs are signed off at the end of the day. But left having to arrange another appt, take more time off work and wait even longer for heating and hot water to be restored
Had a few issues with my Vaillant boiler which was doing overtime during the winter. Vaillant always send engineers promptly under warranty, no fuss, usually it's up an running again really fast. I'm super impressed, and special shout out to engineers 315 and 323, both really lovely, friendly and knowledgeable, great service all round!
Purchased a brand new boiler along with a comfort system and a gateway. Unfortunately, the boiler failed within less than a month of installation. It took two weeks to get the comfort system functioning, as the technical support team seemed unfamiliar with it. Additionally, the gateway struggles to connect to my WiFi, resulting in numerous connectivity issues. The technical support has been unhelpful, unable to clarify which products I need to support the boiler. I regret spending my money on this.
Although we were somewhat let down by the 2-week wait for a part for a boiler that's just over a year old, the service once it arrived was commendable. The representative, Sam, performed well and thoroughly explained all the work he completed. Thank you.
The technician arrived the next day after I reported a fault with the boiler. Following his assessment, he quickly ordered the necessary parts and scheduled another visit for the repair the very next day. All staff were courteous and efficient.
