Eventually CEO as a single person how many calls he can answer!Solution, needs a team sharing the response to the investor for update and ambition for the platform.

Vairt is a nice place for pool investors. One can think big and utilize this platform for pool investment in real estate business. The management is experienced in the line of business. The owner Mr. Jamil is a humble and hardworking person. I have invested in one property since 3 yrs, and receiving my paid out on regular monthly basis for rent. The only down fall is lack of communication with the current investor. Mr. Jamil is silent; I urge him to communicate with the investor and inform them the current and future status of their investment by a quarterly newsletter. What is coming up new to enable the current investor to make decision for further investment. Hope, this business will expand in future and members will get maximum benefit out of it.I recommend people at large to study this pool investment, discuss with management and if agreed can invest from their small savings to fulfil their dream of side business.
The VAIRT staff takes months or years to respond to requests for funds management. Mostly they just ignore you. They promise rapid renovation & receiving a profit in a short time period but in 3 cases I personally know this is not the case.
