Following is an recent email from me to Vakkerlight trying to make a return: "Dear Support Team, I apologize but I will not be purchasing the lamp. $180 is too much after what I've spent. Unfortunately, I will not be moving forward with the lamp. It is a bit upsetting that on your website it says hassle free returns and exchanges and apparently the customer has to now deal with the return. I was not aware that your company is in Asia as it is advertised in your website that you are located in the USA in Baltimore, MD. If I would had known I would not had purchased anything and not because it comes from China, but your return policy is not up to USA standards." This was the email sent to the company. Again, do not get yourselves involve with Vakkerlight.
