Long wait and false advertising. Everything is shipped from China, expect a minimum of two months wait. The product description does not match the product, we bought a fan with dimming lights, the lights do not dim, and they won't issue a return label and told us we need to bare the cost of return shipping back to China. After much back and forth, we finally agreed on them sending us replacement parts to make it dimmable, after waiting for another month. The replacement part is not compatible with the fan. I now have a non working fan after two months wait. Avoid this company at all cost
