This company does even deserve one star. Issues from the beginning with delivery. I had to inquire multiple times to find out when the item would even ship. Website stated 6 weeks. It took 10 after multiple inquiries. We ordered a 31” teardrop chandelier, received a 26” that was a different color than shown in images and had multiple broken pieces. After multiple communications and sending photos, the company stated in an email that the product meets their specifications as it is a “replica” and offered to replace the broken pieces. Do not buy from this company. If you get your order at all, it will not be what you expect.Original email response from company regarding size:“Regarding the size of the product, we assure you that the size we sent aligns with our specifications. We recommend trying the installation first and waiting until it is successful before measuring the total size of the light. Our products are replicas, and while they may differ from genuine products, we assure you that the quality is maintained, and our pricing reflects a significant saving compared to genuine alternatives.”
