I am writing about an ongoing issue with my order from November 28th. I ordered five (5) pairs of jeans, but only four (4) were delivered. I have reached out to the support team several times asking for a refund or a replacement for the missing pair. I was told that they would contact the delivery service to try to find the missing item; however, as of today, January 6th, I have not received any updates, refund, or replacement. The entire experience has been disappointing, and it seems they do not prioritize their customers. The seller has been unresponsive, leaving me without assistance after my purchase, and the responses I received were automated and unhelpful.
