I have been very disappointed with valda energy as i was billed in arrears but gave a meter reading every month as i wanted a accurate bill. I spoke to a number of call handlers in order to correct this issue which was changing every time i spoke to some one i also requested for a manager to contact me twice .However i spoke to a lady called lauren the other day a very polite lady who listened to my issues and stress iv been going through that valda are not sorting out .appolgies for the inconvenience in which i had to go through and she spoke to her manager and believe it or not she sorted the issue out that no one in the last 7 months could not do .I am very grateful to lauren for being very very good at her communication skills and in the way she resolved my issue i would be very confidant if lauren was on the end of the call as she was very professional in her approach in talking to me listening to my issue and sorting the issue out there and there very reassuring.thank you LAUREN
