I opened and account with Valda energy just over a month ago. In that time they've managed to create me 2 accounts, neither of which are connected to my actual meter. I'm being billed for someone elses gas and electric. Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible. I've spent hours no hold to no avail. I've sent countless emails too, no response. The company is an absolute joke.
