Purchased the Isabella leather sofa last year. Price was competitive, it looks great, has held up well so far against our cat, and is comfy. Delivery and set-up went smoothly. Couch came with a small scratch and customer service dealt with it nicely by sending 2 free blankets. When we found ourselves in need of an armchair recently, I didn't hesitate to purchase from Valencia. Just purchased it last week so still waiting for it to arrive, but the experience with customer service (to set up extended 5-year warranty) so far has been exceedingly pleasant.We'll be hunting for a new dining table and chairs next and Valencia will be the first place we look.
