Ordered this without ever sitting in one, which made me nervous. A leather chair at this price point is not an impulse buy, and you really want to feel it before committing. I read every review I could find, decided to trust them, and placed the order.
It arrived on time, in a solid box, and extremely well protected. Unpacking it actually gave me confidence before I even sat down — you can tell when a company cares about how their product arrives at your door.
The leather is the real deal — soft, well-finished, and it fits the room like it was always supposed to be there.
I use it as a dedicated listening chair for my hi-fi setup. Late nights, low lighting, music playing — it is genuinely the most comfortable seat I have ever owned for extended listening. The ottoman is not optional. Together they change the whole experience.
My only regret is not buying it sooner.
If you are on the fence about buying blind — don't be. The reviews are accurate, the delivery is solid, and this chair earned every star.
We purchased the Artisan Leather Sofa 3 seat in black. It has been in our home for a little over a month. It is better than we imagined it would be. The Italian leather is buttery soft. The seat cushions are perfect. They are not too hard or too soft. The stitching is strong and no hanging strings. The wood is a real wood. The stain dies gave a more orange tone to it. I would’ve preferred more of a true walnut color but I am still very pleased. It gives our home the comfy , classy look we were looking for. Thank you
I found exactly what I needed: a cuddle chair for myself and each of my children to enjoy snuggles and reading together. It had to swivel, be in a neutral color, and be wide and deep enough. The swivel moves smoothly, and the chair is firm yet comfortable. The fabric has a soft, linen-like appearance. Since I use it with my kids, I added a cotton cover to keep it in great condition (it's actually a 100% cotton shower curtain that fits perfectly). I adore this chair; it provides precious time with my kids, a peaceful reading nook, and the chance to swivel and admire the beautiful views outside.
Getting the sofa we ordered has been quite challenging. The company did not meet their delivery promise, and communication has been poor. I'm still waiting for our order since November, and it's stuck in a warehouse somewhere. I wouldn't recommend this service if timing is essential. I can't comment on the quality since it hasn't arrived. I won't be buying from them again, as there are many others that offer more reliable service. I might have saved a few hundred dollars, but it’s not worth the trouble.

As the supplier, it’s your responsibility to choose a reliable courier. Four days after canceling the delivery with just 90 minutes' notice, they still haven't provided a new delivery date. I'm out about £2k and will escalate this through a resolution platform as they refuse to confirm a refund.

I placed an order with this company around two and a half months ago, and I have yet to receive the product. Each time I reached out to customer service, I was told the item had not yet arrived at their warehouse. During one call, our conversation abruptly ended after I expressed my concerns about the delay. Based on my experience so far, I would not choose to order from this company again.
The service was prompt with delivery after placing the order. The chairs not only function well but also look stunning. They are extremely comfortable, and after a year, they still feel brand new. Purchasing these chairs was undoubtedly a great choice for my home theatre!
