Excellent customer service! They were so incredibly responsive and friendly! We went to the showroom, and while they didn’t have the specific couch we were looking for (the Chloe), they had a similar one and we were able to see the quality of the fabric. As for our loveseat, it is excellent. We have a large dog who jumps up into it to bark at neighbours and there is not a single scratch in the leather (shockingly). The sofa is very comfortable, and it is nice that the armrest pillows are removable to create more seating space. My only complaint is that the armrest pillows move a little bit too easily and sometimes slide off when my beast of a dog is on the couch. There is fabric on the back of the arm rest pillow as if it is supposed to oppose another piece of fabric, but the arms are just leather. I also think I would have preferred full leather on the arm rest pillows. Otherwise, we are very happy with our sofa and are so glad we chose Valencia. Would definitely recommend!
