We bought a 2 seater unit. These are designed to clamp together to form one chair, and because of this, the left hand chair doesn't have it's own arm - it shares with the right chair.The right chair developed a fault, and the repair team confirmed it was a product defect. They told us that parts would be ordered and the chair repaired.Over the course of several weeks, we had mixed messages about whether the chair would be repaired or replaced. On the day before the work was to be done, we received a message saying that the repair would be carried out.On the day, a replacement chair was delivered.Except it didn't match the other half of the unit. It was taller (construction, not settling), had different designs on the cupholders so none of my glasses or tumblers fit, and different controls.The delivery firm would not give me my old unit back, and instead insisted I keep the new mismatched unit.I spent over quarter of a year and dozens of hours trying to resolve this issue.
