Valencia is doubling down on treating a customer bad. I left a review with Trustpilot and got a call from Valencia asking why I had given the bad review. I told him I was given a paid invoice and then Valencia called back for more money. They claimed there was a website glitch, but I was helped by one of their salesman at the time, so I don't buy it. They asked me to remove my bad review for $200, but yet I had paid $780 more after the website debacle. I then told him I would not make a change to the review until I see the seats. He then sent me an email with three blank tracking numbers. To this day - 6 days later, the tracking numbers have not populated and I don't have my chairs 7 weeks later.
