Changing my original order (7/13/25) well within the 24 hours allowed period went well although I was told straight out it was a “custom order” and would take 12-16 weeks for delivery, which I agreed to. The week after ordering it I was contacted 4 times by Lucas trying to sell me an extended warranty that he said I could get anytime before I received the item and I clarified to him “I’ve got 12 weeks to decide and the budget just wasn’t available to do it right now “, never did he say the item was being delivered in 2-3 days. R&L Carries scheduled a delivery for 7/23 & they didn’t know what it was for, which after I having took the day off between 10am-4pm, they canceled & rescheduled for the next day. The loveseat was delivered but I was only expecting the trays for it, as they were to be delivered separately. The side of one box was covered in graphite or ink & was tracked on my porch and into my house. The box had a hole in it from a pallet fork lift that also damaged the chair. The order being a so called “custom order “ can’t be returned & because I didn’t buy the extra insurance it’s to be received as is.Not totally satisfied!
