I purchased a Replica Eames chair. Delivery was complicated and lengthy, which makes it impossible to send back. There is reason they don’t show any people actually sitting in this chair in their pictures or any of clearly inflated reviews. I’m 5’ 8” and this chair doesn’t even fully support my shoulders. It is completely truncated. The whole point of an Eames chair is that your head should rest on the back. This not-so-replica is uncomfortable and nowhere near a replica. It should clearly state that it has been miniaturized in the sales material. I would be very careful purchasing anything from this company. They clearly have no problem with misrepresentation. I believe the convoluted shipping process is meant to ensure you’re stuck with the unusable junk they send you. I regret this entire transaction.
