I received my couches 2 months later than originally quoted as I never received the emails telling me they were in and no one bothered to reach out via phone, so they reallocated them to another customer. Then my sofa arrived damaged with a hole in the box, a dent in the arm and the leather was damaged. They hired someone to fix the leather after me pushing back and now I'm being told that I'm supposed to be fine with a full priced couch with a dent in the arm that was no fault of mine because they paid for the repair of the leather and it "functions fine". The couches are lovely, aside from the damage, but my experience with customer service was disappointing.
