I am writing this review out of absolute frustration with this company. We ordered a sofa in September 2024 for pre Christmas delivery, paid the deposit. At the end of November they hadn’t got in touch so I got in touch. Got told there was delay due to leather supplier should be delivery early in the new year. It took several days to get a response. End of January 2025 we heard nothing from them so contacted them again got told March. Start of March got told it’s in transit should arrive early April into UK ready to be delivered end of the month. I got contacted April and asked for balance and once we paid it was stated that after 7 days we would hear from courier to arrange delivery. It’s now 13 working days and we have chased them up and now it’s issues with the courier. Avoid this company.
