Ordered a sofa on 8th Feb, it arrived 13th Feb. Delivery company kept me up to date at various stages.After one evening of light usage from one person the middle cushion feels softer than the others and depressed. I have emailed support as this is very disappointing.Update: as far as I'm concerned the sofa is not fit for purpose. The cushions are visibly depressed and sunken. I dread to think what they'll be like in six months time
