Purchasing a loveseat on-line, one you have never seen or sat in, and having it shipped to a remote West Coast location is a transaction that has the potential to be unsatisfactory.This however, is NOT THE CASE regarding my recent purchase of an Elodie loveseat from the good people at Valencia.I could not be more impressed by the luxurious quality and first-class craftsmanship, the design, and the comfort of this piece. My Elodie is absolutely amazing! I so very much look forward to the end of each day when Honey and I can enjoy some cinema and 'cuddle-up' on this beautiful, first class (in all regards) loveseat. There has not been a single detail overlooked in the construction. The leather is gorgeous, the seams are perfect, the reclining mechanism is remarkably smooth and very quiet. It's weighty, implying quality throughout, which also means you will need a friend to assist with the easy assembly process. I simply could not be happier or more impressed.None of my satisfaction could have been fulfilled without the remarkable customer-care I received. From the initial order to delivery to my door, I was extremely well taken care of by Naila Agha. She answered all my questions and kept me informed regarding the status of my order. She is truly a caring, respectful, intelligent Customer Care representative. Naila expertly managed the logistics associated with shipping to remote location (ie: an island off the West Coast). Having things shipped here can be a nightmare, but not the case regarding Valencia and Naila's outstanding expediting skills. Naila nailed it and made it seem effortless and painless! I simply cannot say enough regarding her expertise. From our first contact to the end of the transaction, Naila's effort and communication was unwavering. Quite honestly, she is the best customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.On all points of the Elodie, quality, design, aesthetics, etc., I am exceedingly satisfied. On all points regarding Customer Care, I am more than exceedingly satisfied. My sincerest thanks and regards for all the Valencia personnel that made this transaction a wonderful experience.PS: The photos I have posted do not do justice to the Elodie, I'm just a poor photographer! The photos on the Valencia website are much better and provide a more accurate rendering of this loveseat.
