I ordered the "Tuscany Executive Heat & Massage" chairs from Valencia on Amazon and received them within a week. Previously, I had considered other chairs from another online company and it would take a month for them to receive them in the warehouse and another month for delivery. I couldn't wait that long to enjoy our theater so I'm glad I found Valencia. Delivery is based on the freight company they partner with so experiences may vary but we got lucky: our driver was kind, personable, and a wizard with the pallet jack. He set our boxes as close to the entryway as physically possible. Each chair comes in one giant box. I got help bringing them inside from a family member but did all the setup myself. Consider having a plan for the enormous boxes, once done. We happened to have a dumpster at the time, so it worked out. If not, I'd have a hard time getting those broken down and picked up with the trash.I was concerned that by opting for heat/massage, I would be sacrificing other aspects like quality. Thankfully, these chairs deliver on both design and function. My wife repeatedly told me, "you did a great job picking these!" That's all I needed to hear.Heat is great for leather since it can get cold easily. Also, I've grown fond of the wired remote because it's easy to work with in the dark. The blue lights are cool the first few times but after a while seems like something I won't use often--other than when guests come over.I ordered 4 and we enjoy the center loveseat configuration. It feels like a couch. We are going to order another 4 set up the same way.
