Absolutely amazing experience with valentina rose jewellery. The customer service is a amazing, at first I had a little issue with my order I mistakenly got sent the wrong order so I emailed customer service , within minutes I got a reply from Sarah stating that she was so sorry and she was on holiday and her friend has been helping out with orders why she was away and got confused, she sent me out a new one next day of what I ordered straight away, refunded my delivery and told me to keep the wrong one that was sent out, which instantly I knew this was a good company that cares about her customers. I ordered a second time with them and I asked if in a new collection could she bring out matching earrings as I couldn’t find any that match. She kindly emailed me and said that she has found some that match and sent them out with my new order free of charge. I actually could have cried it made my day as there’s not many good companies out there that would go above and beyond for there customers. I would 1000000% recommend this company for all your jewellery as it’s good quality and amazing customer service not to mention that is beautiful. If I could rate more than 5 starts I would !!
