I placed an order for a purse over a month ago, and it still hasn't shipped. When I reached out for help, the company responded with sarcastic and disrespectful emails instead of assistance. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have had to initiate a chargeback. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
