Ordered the autumn collection which looked a great offer. Arrived today but only one diffuser was boxed - the offer clearly shows all 3 diffusers are boxed. Very disappointed- I can’t see how anyone can get the order wrong - how can someone place one boxed diffuser in a package and then add two loose ones ? I’ve emailed for boxes but waiting on a reply. Having read the reviews on here I’m wondering if ordering from this company was a bad decision. Very disappointed as these were for Christmas presents. I’m hoping they respond.
