A friend introduced me to this company, and I’m now a loyal fan. I truly appreciate their natural products, beautiful fragrances, attractive packaging, and impeccable service.
I have bought several fragrances that I absolutely love, except for one that didn’t suit my taste. I inquired about an exchange, and it was handled effortlessly with no shipping charges. The service from the company is prompt, friendly, and very helpful.
I've seen some comments about the fragrance not filling a room, which surprises me. I use a diffuser and a candle in my spacious lounge, and I can honestly say the fragrance fills the entire area.
I flip the reeds in the diffuser every few days, and it works perfectly.
For me, this company is exceptional, demonstrating real integrity with great products and a genuine appreciation for their customers. It’s quite rare for me to make such a statement. Kudos to everyone involved!

Shocking experience from this company, I paid extra to have my order delivered in 1-2 days, 4 days later no items no notification to say items have been dispatched. Steer clear from this company, don’t reply to emails and you can’t get through on the phone.

Autumn collection incorrect order

Ordered the autumn collection which looked a great offer. Arrived today but only one diffuser was boxed - the offer clearly shows all 3 diffusers are boxed. Very disappointed- I can’t see how anyone can get the order wrong - how can someone place one boxed diffuser in a package and then add two loose ones ? I’ve emailed for boxes but waiting on a reply. Having read the reviews on here I’m wondering if ordering from this company was a bad decision. Very disappointed as these were for Christmas presents. I’m hoping they respond.

Ive been trying to get hold of someone…

Ive been trying to get hold of someone now for three days. I ordered on the 15th Oct 25 and was delivered on the 17th which I was over the moon with. I decided to another order the week after which I’ve not received. Valnette has not responding to emails, chats and all phone lines are constantly engaged. They’ve taken money from my account without any goods received. Customer service is diabolical. Very frustrated customer

I placed an order on 22nd October and I have not received any acknowledgement for the goods. 0ver £79 has been taken from my account. I have been trying the phones for several days and are permanently engaged and also emailed with no response. I now would like a full refund.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IGNORING EMAIL

Have ordered multiple times as really like the products, but have had to get replacements for two diffusers that were not right at all as per their guarantee ,, this took time but sent eventually.Placed a further large order for myself and family and the free candle offered for the spend level was ticked ok, order arrived last friday .. no free candle. Tried calling, emailed with evidence ,,nothing. I wonder if it was not included as i had asked for replacements previously but really should not matter.I have recommended Valentte to friends and family and I would be embarrassed if they order and have issues unresolved. Phone line is pointless as never pick up and email response time over a week now and still waiting. I know it is just a free candle for a larger order but thats not the point. Not happy.UPDATE: have this afternoon had a response from Megan confirming candle was missed and apologising and saying it will be sent. Because I had tried emailing again it moved my query down in the queue. I will update this when it arrives.

What customer service. Call if you want to listen to the engaged tone for hours!

I have been using Valentte for a number of years. Although the products are good unfortunately the customer service is to say the least shocking lately. They take some 78 hours allegedly to reply to an email. As for the phone well that's a big joke. She answers saying Hello you've reached Valentte only you haven't. Its permanently engaged. I started ringing at 8am when they open allegedly. Its now 11.07 my phone has auto dialled it 50 times and its still engaged.! Surely they can't have that many calls or maybe its all complaints. They messed up my order again, bits were missing, no boxes, etc after hours on the phone on waiting for the phone to be answered on Tuesday she told me she would send my missing items along with a second order I had placed that day and they would arrive yesterday. Did they no of course not. The orders are not showing in y account because they have issues with that too according to the woman I spoke with on Tuesday. Not much seems to be working correctly here does it. To say I am fed up, cross and dismayed is an understatement. Unfortunately once this mess is sorted, if it ever is. I won't be ordering anything else.UPDATE'Even after the reply on here nobody has called me. The phones are still off as confirmed by BT, I now have an email stating the 2nd order has been shipped but it doesn't say if all the other missing items from the 1st order are included in this order. So I am none the wiser. I then receive another marketing email saying Your happiness is important. Really!! Then answer the phone, sort out your shocking customer service and send out the correct orders in the first place.
