I have been using Valentte for a number of years. Although the products are good unfortunately the customer service is to say the least shocking lately. They take some 78 hours allegedly to reply to an email. As for the phone well that's a big joke. She answers saying Hello you've reached Valentte only you haven't. Its permanently engaged. I started ringing at 8am when they open allegedly. Its now 11.07 my phone has auto dialled it 50 times and its still engaged.! Surely they can't have that many calls or maybe its all complaints. They messed up my order again, bits were missing, no boxes, etc after hours on the phone on waiting for the phone to be answered on Tuesday she told me she would send my missing items along with a second order I had placed that day and they would arrive yesterday. Did they no of course not. The orders are not showing in y account because they have issues with that too according to the woman I spoke with on Tuesday. Not much seems to be working correctly here does it. To say I am fed up, cross and dismayed is an understatement. Unfortunately once this mess is sorted, if it ever is. I won't be ordering anything else.UPDATE'Even after the reply on here nobody has called me. The phones are still off as confirmed by BT, I now have an email stating the 2nd order has been shipped but it doesn't say if all the other missing items from the 1st order are included in this order. So I am none the wiser. I then receive another marketing email saying Your happiness is important. Really!! Then answer the phone, sort out your shocking customer service and send out the correct orders in the first place.
