Customer Support Experience

I preordered the Max unit, along with some accessories. There were several Fall Bundles that did not include the Max, so I reached out to customer support for options. I also had some technical questions, that I weaved into the same "ticket", along with several follow ups. I now on email 5 or 6 and the quality of the responses have been extremely high. I have been able to talk to the same person, they respond quickly, and have been very thoughtful in their responses. Customer service can often be overlooked when making a purchase (especially for electronics) but I can say that my experience with Valerion's support speaks leagues about the Company and has earned my confidence in purchasing their products. The products are great too, but I already knew that from reviews. Customer service A++
