I recently purchased this projector and overall I’m very impressed with the product and its features. The picture quality, brightness, sound, and overall performance are excellent for the price point. It truly delivers a great home-theater experience, especially for family movie nights and kids’ entertainment.
That said, I was expecting a full setup experience, including the projector screen and ceiling mount, which I am currently missing. Having those components would have made the experience more complete right out of the box. While this was a bit disappointing, the customer support team has been responsive and offered alternatives and guidance.
Despite this, the projector itself is awesome for the given features and value, and once fully set up, it’s definitely worth it. I’m enjoying the product and looking forward to completing the setup soon.

It rivals other models, and I'm confident that with some adjustments, it will surpass them. My sound system enhances the experience, and I'm eager to explore the 3D feature. In my experience, major brands can become complacent, and their customer service often reflects that. Now that this company has emerged with their groundbreaking model, I believe they should be recognized as a serious contender in the home theater projector market. It's great when things turn out well, and I feel like I hit the jackpot!
I backed the project for the new projector. Overall, the communication regarding project progress was excellent throughout the process. The projector delivers bright and clear images, even on my older screen. I do wish it had horizontal lens shift, as it only features vertical shift. The support team is outstanding, providing quick and customer-focused responses to queries.
The Pro2 model is outstanding, perfectly replacing my old projector. I did encounter a minor issue with one HDMI port after a few months, but the support was very helpful and ultimately replaced the entire unit. I appreciate their quick response.
