I have just bought a Valerion Vision Master Pro 2 with a screen, tripod, and 3D glasses from the Valerion website. A large outlay that I have saved for a long long time. The tripod machining on the metal was defective and Valerion are sending me a replacement within a week.The customer service has been exceptional and Allen from Valerion has presented a swift and professional response.
