Valet Living is NOT a reliable trash collection company. They may pickup a resident’s trash on the scheduled days, they may not. Nevertheless, they always charge the full fee.This is ridiculous…paying for poor service or services NOT rendered. I am going to ask my apartment complex to seek another trash collection company. I spoke with customer service and they simply empathize. I need a proper solution, not your empathy. My trash has not been collected on the scheduled trash day AND I am charged full price…to make matters worse, we are going into a holiday. I have experienced this consistent inconsistency of trash collection with full fee charge for almost two (2) years now. Clearly, this is a problem Valet Living.
