Poor service and lack of response

We faced significant delays in trash collection for the first three days, requiring multiple calls to management just to get technicians dispatched. When they finally arrived, they were unhelpful and refused to pick up a manageable bag of trash. After three days without service due to the holiday, the level of service was disappointing, especially given the higher fees compared to city services. Their arbitrary policies excuse them from fulfilling their duties, and yet we are still required to pay. It's frustrating to deal with such an unreliable service.

One of the most disappointing services I've encountered

For the first three days, our trash wasn't picked up, and we had to contact management multiple times to get their technicians to come out. When they finally did arrive, they acted like children, refusing to pick up a trash bag that I could easily lift with one hand, claiming it was 'too heavy' after three days of missed service due to the holiday. It's unbelievable that you pay more yet receive less service than with city trash collection. They have strange rules that allow them to avoid their responsibilities, yet we still have to pay them. It's no wonder they have such a poor reputation.

Paying for unreliable trash collection

The trash is often not picked up in my apartment complex without any explanation. I've double-checked with management to ensure I wasn't flagged for any reason. Sometimes they skip service for up to three days straight, which leads me to believe the company and its staff are simply not diligent. If it were my decision, I would terminate their services immediately, and I hope my complex does the same soon.

No stars for poor service

I can't give a single star. The service is terrible, and unfortunately, I live in a building without trash disposal while paying for this inadequate service. They expect you to break down delivery boxes into a bag, which is a waste of time. I wish I could change providers, but my building lacks trash disposal options.

A frustrating experience with billing

I'm giving a one-star rating since zero isn't an option. We received a notice about a past due invoice, yet I've spent almost a week trying to reach someone through calls, emails, and online chats without success. It feels like a scam since we don't even use their services, yet we're being billed for a past due amount of $7200.

Disappointed with new apartment service

After moving into my new apartment, the service did not provide me with a proper trash can. I left a small bag of trash outside my door, and while they wrote a note, they didn’t bother to pick it up, even with the trash cart nearby. This reflects a lack of common sense and leadership. They must have known the apartment was vacant before, yet they escalated the issue unnecessarily. Very poor service, and I'm quite dissatisfied.

Unprofessional service experience

One star because there's no option for zero. I have photos proving that they opened my trash and dumped garbage into my can while taking the bag for two consecutive days. I reported this to management, but they said they would investigate. On the third day, they took the trash out but left it on top of the can because it was too full. They claimed it was unsanitary, but I wonder what they deem sanitary. This is highly unprofessional.

Unprofessional and retaliatory service

My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. After deciding to cancel our contract, they retaliated by neglecting their responsibilities, resulting in trash piling up on our property. This not only created an eyesore but also posed health risks. They caused significant damage to our property, leaving us no choice but to ask them to leave. Their behavior was unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering their services.

Disappointing recruitment experience

I had a phone interview with a recruiter, was offered a job, and was told to start the following Monday. Soon after, I received an email stating they couldn’t contact me and thus withdrew the offer. I reached out to the recruiter, but they completely ignored me. Two days later, the position was reposted. It feels like discrimination based on my preferred name not matching my legal name. I don't want to work in an environment where I'm not treated with respect.

Extremely dissatisfied with service

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve reported my trash not being collected three times now, and it's been a week without service. The workers seem indifferent and collect payments without fulfilling their responsibilities.
