We faced significant delays in trash collection for the first three days, requiring multiple calls to management just to get technicians dispatched. When they finally arrived, they were unhelpful and refused to pick up a manageable bag of trash. After three days without service due to the holiday, the level of service was disappointing, especially given the higher fees compared to city services. Their arbitrary policies excuse them from fulfilling their duties, and yet we are still required to pay. It's frustrating to deal with such an unreliable service.
