Not impressed at all with this company. I started with them in 2024, took a break back in 2025. Now I have started with them again, or I am attempting to, and all I’m getting is lip service!
I placed an order on 02/06, so 6 days ago, and my order hasn’t even been processed to be sent to a pharmacy! It’s just been sitting there for the past 6 days with no one touching it, no one doing anything. I have opened up multiple support tickets. The last one said it would be processed by yesterday at the latest. Well guess what, it STILL hasn’t been processed. Its own bot says the approval normally takes 1 business day. This is adding to a delay in me receiving my medication. When I try to speak to a manager because obviously their support staff is not competent, it says I have to go through support and open yet another ticket. I will be canceling my order. I don’t believe my order will be processed today, and I’m tired of waiting for a company to do THEIR part after taking my money!
If your someone who doesn’t want to risk a lapse in medicine, do not order from them. No place in the world takes 6 days to only PROCESS an order. They will give you the run around and there’s no way to get someone who will actually do their job.
