Not impressed at all with this company. I started with them in 2024, took a break back in 2025. Now I have started with them again, or I am attempting to, and all I’m getting is lip service!
I placed an order on 02/06, so 6 days ago, and my order hasn’t even been processed to be sent to a pharmacy! It’s just been sitting there for the past 6 days with no one touching it, no one doing anything. I have opened up multiple support tickets. The last one said it would be processed by yesterday at the latest. Well guess what, it STILL hasn’t been processed. Its own bot says the approval normally takes 1 business day. This is adding to a delay in me receiving my medication. When I try to speak to a manager because obviously their support staff is not competent, it says I have to go through support and open yet another ticket. I will be canceling my order. I don’t believe my order will be processed today, and I’m tired of waiting for a company to do THEIR part after taking my money!
If your someone who doesn’t want to risk a lapse in medicine, do not order from them. No place in the world takes 6 days to only PROCESS an order. They will give you the run around and there’s no way to get someone who will actually do their job.
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF OVER $300 FOR ORAL TESTOSTERONE THEY SAID MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED IT NEVER WAS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NO GOOD THEY ARE NOT LEGIT
After I moved to a rural area in 2024, I could no longer find the medication I had started in 2023 under supervision of a local weight loss clinic, which was successful and helped me regain good health. Valhalla provided a way to continue my medication with virtual supervision at a price I could manage even though it is still expensive (with one exception when the prescription was apparently not available at all and so I had to go elsewhere). The chat function on the website is helpful, especially when there are glitches in the ordering. The shipping so far has been fast with suitable refrigeration packaging. The one thing I find confusing is how they continually change pharmacies when filling my orders. Overall, I'm happy to have found this option which saves me having to drive several hours to obtain medication.
I lost a reasonable amount of weight when I began using products from Valhalla Vitality. However, my last prescription did not help me at all. I essentially stood still for several months. Not super satisfied. Also, getting a response from my medical advisor is hit and miss... sometimes I never hear back at all to my text messages.
The gLP-1 that was prescribing for me completely changed my life. I lost 110 lbs and regained myself. The dr listened when I began the journey and gave great advice. I briefly got off the medication and then when I wanted to get back on to experience the benefits again the Dr listened and helped me.
I found customer service easy to access when I needed to. It help me to follow good health plan. My energy level when up and the weight loss was easily accomplished. F/U with nurse and doctor made things more comfortable and reassuring. It has changed my life. Wonderful being able to wear clothes that I always wanted.
I love Valhalla Vitality! They make it easy to get what I need for my weight loss journey! I have struggled my entire life with my weight! I've never been able to loss the weight on my own! I have tried so many different things to loss weight, from prescriptions to weight watchers! GLP1's are the only thing I have found that works for me to loss weight and they have help me with a renewed sence of confidence! The price is also affordable! I started on the prescription Zepbound that my Endocrinologist prescribed for me. My insurance doesn't cover weight loss meds. I am so glad that I found Valhalla Vitality when I did or I would have had to come off of the meds and would not have gotten to where I am today! I also have tried some of the other peptides they offer and have found that they are a great help too! I am currently taking one of the vitamin packs they offer and love those too!
I have tried a couple of concierge medical services and this is by far my favorite. I don't have to pay a monthly subscription amd their prices are very low comparative to the rest of the GLP1 market. I can even change how much I order. As a night shifter myself, this has helped me regulate my eating g so I do t fall into the trap of late night snacking. It is more difficult to track when your medicine will arrive so please be aware.
