I paid for their book and was told it was on its way. I received one email response when I enquired about the delivery date. I haven't heard from them since. A few days later, I saw that the order was somehow cancelled and then returned to the sender. After I enquired about the order cancellation status (because I didn't cancel the order), they assured me that the order is still on its way. Obviously, that's not the case since I've been waiting for more than a month without any feedback from their supposed support team.
