Review Time
The handbook did not live up to the hype. It was very basic and there were many typographical errors. I was going to suggest it for a study for the children at church, but after reviewing, I won’t. Overpriced for the quality. Definitely not worth $30.
I give it zero stars if that were a choice. Deceiving and disgusting company. Avoid at all costs. Comes across as an encouraging faith based support to parents and grandparents. Products ordered, tracking number sent, followed by We Are Sold Out and Two More Weeks. Phone number goes unanswered. Had to file with my cc company and have card replaced for safety.
FRAUDULENT
So far we are loving our book. My 7 year old was excited to learn more about God. It did take a while to get to us, but tracking was spot on, and expectations were given.
When I first placed an order, I was unsure what to expect and I was trusting that the product is what it was described to be. I was pleasantly surprised with the books I received and have forwarded them to our Youth and Children's Director for review and possible implementation. I believe it's something that every believing family needs to educate their children on.
If I could give negative stars I would. It took a month to receive and when I finally received, it was missing a weeks worth of pages. I have been emailing the company for two weeks with only receiving generic responses. Their “guarantee” means nothing. Doubt I’ll ever receive a new book or refund. I paid for their book and was told it was on its way. I received one email response when I enquired about the delivery date. I haven't heard from them since. A few days later, I saw that the order was somehow cancelled and then returned to the sender. After I enquired about the order cancellation status (because I didn't cancel the order), they assured me that the order is still on its way. Obviously, that's not the case since I've been waiting for more than a month without any feedback from their supposed support team.
The content of Systematic Theology for Kids looks good and I’m looking forward to using with my grandchildren. The shipping experience was frustrating. It took five weeks to arrive despite their claim of 6-10 business days. The “Shop” app was worthless as it didn’t show any progress in tracking my items.
Ordered 6 systematic workbooks on Jan. 19, supposedly shipped on Jan. 20. I’m still waiting on my order. They won’t answer my emails either. But after reading the reviews, which I failed to do before I trusted them, I’m now thinking I’ll never see anything from them. I don’t even like having to give the “1” star option in this review. So, if you are reading this review wondering if you should order from them; DON’T!!!

The only complaints here seem to be about shipping. It take take some time to arrive from the US
but THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT

I am very disappointed. I ordered my book 4 weeks and 3 days ago. I was excited to have a vessel to help me teach my Grandchildren about the Love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have sent them messages 3 times and they don't even reply. This is a SKAM:-( I will need to take this up with my credit card company since they charged me card immediately upon receiving my order.
