I ordered several light fittings for selection and kept one while returning the rest. Although the refunds didn’t come through initially, I waited until after the holidays to follow up. I’ve resolved all but one issue by now. The items were from various sellers, but I want to especially thank one representative who was helpful, capable, courteous, and very quick in processing the refunds.
