Order not received – very frustrating experience. I placed an order with a certain online shop, and it was never delivered. After making my purchase, I waited but received nothing. I contacted the support team to cancel my order, but their response was insufficient. Later, I found numerous negative reviews and warnings about this platform. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend purchasing from this site.
If we could give 0 stars, we definitely would! It took a month to send a pair of shoes from one country to another. I sent two requests for updates and a refund. Their replies were automated and in another language, without any effort to translate. Do not purchase anything here; there are many other trustworthy online shops.
Even one star is too generous. I ordered on December 6th, and there was no mention of delivery times on the website. After two weeks, I emailed them and was told it would be delivered within 7-14 days from the order date. Now, 15 days later, the tracking just says 'Package info received.' It feels like a scam, so do not order here.
Avoid this place at all costs. I placed an order for a sweater on November 28 and have yet to receive it three weeks later. The only responses I get are from an automated system. I will dispute the charges with my bank in hopes of getting my money back. I regret not researching this company before placing my order. Stay cautious, friends! Do not order from this place!
