Bought the Pando Moto Bia body suit XL and needed the Large instead. Contacted the team and they responded to my enquiry about doing this swap very quickly and professionally when explaining id get a refund and need to re-order the size down but were helpful as they let me know they could get more messurments taken of the size down suits which I appreciated as im odd sized.
I returned the XL for free and had my refund straight away and the Large arrived the next day of order and fits perfect.
Amazing service will be buying from them again as we have bought the pando moto mens armour off them too.

I would have rated five stars, but the packaging of my item was damaged. Since it was a gift, I reached out to the company. They responded very quickly and resolved the issue. I highly recommend the service for their excellent customer support.
