I have only had my engagement ring for one year and the diamond has already fallen out. I was lucky and it just randomly fell onto my table at lunch but it feels very disappointing for the price you pay. Customer service was helpful however this also means I will have to cancel my engagement photoshoot seeing as I will have no ring for the next few weeks. When I inquired about priority order the customer service agent said I would have to pay 800-1800kr for the rush myself, despite the issue being a manufacturers issue and not my own. Again, feels incredibly disappointing and frustrating for the price. I have a reasonably sized diamond that doesnt get stuck in clothing or snag on anything like that with a platinum band and that STILL managed to happen. Makes me concerned and question the quality you are paying for. The two stars are for the helpful chat agent, realistically for an over 15000kr ring I would give this 1 star.
