I met Sara, who was very helpful throughout the process. She was thorough, patient, and clear in explaining the details while guiding me in choosing the right ring and diamond. As someone who does not know much about diamonds, I truly appreciated how she took the time to walk me through everything step by step. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and special, which meant a lot to me for such an important purchase.

I would definitely recommend asking for Sara if you are visiting Van Bruun Amsterdam.

Great Service and Guidance at the Paris Showroom

I visited the Paris showroom after booking an appointment online, where I had specified the ring model I liked. When I arrived, Pauline had already prepared the exact ring for me to see, which was a great touch. I was warmly welcomed by Pauline and her new colleague, who offered excellent advice and complete transparency when helping me choose the ring and diamond. It was really reassuring to see such a high level of customization and to be able to pick the exact diamond I wanted. I can’t wait to receive the ring for my fiancée now!
