Purchased a dinner service last year and a fortnight ago noticed two of the dinner plates had a hair line crack in them. Got in touch with vancasso customer service explaining the issue and quoted there terms if any issues they would replace free of charge. I have sent several messages but no response. In the meantime we have purchased 4 identical plates from Amazon at a cost of £30.00 .I am not sure if this website exists.
