The order arrived promptly, but I experienced issues with the dishes cracking in a low-temperature oven, despite the description claiming they were oven safe. When I contacted customer support, I was told they wouldn’t replace individual items and that I would need to buy a complete set again, even though I’ve already purchased two full sets.
I strongly advise against using this service. I received a broken dish and lid, and they quoted me an absurd insurance option during checkout. They seem to be scammers, and I will be reporting them to the authorities as I've noticed similar complaints in other reviews.
