So far, I only have experience of buying and owning Vancasso's enamelled Dutch ovens through Amazon. The first one was excellent and has been entirely trouble free for 2 years now. My second purchase worked well until it developed crazing in the inside enamel, resulting in the white surface becoming stained. A manufacturing defect that Vancasso dealt with quickly and painlessly. Contact with Vancasso (via Amazon*) was very easy, and Hannah was extremely helpful. The only issue I encountered was that Vancasso's UK replacement stock isn't the same as their Amazon warehouse stock. This meant I couldn't get the same colour replacement. The replacement arrived very quickly, through one of the better courier companies, and as with all Vancasso Cast Ironware, was extremely well packed. I'm very happy with my Vancasso experience and will be buying more of their products [is what I said when I originally wrote this review. I've since increased my fantastic impression of Vancasso and their customer services. And I've now added another of their excellent enamelled cast-iron pots]. *And, by the way, Vancasso on Amazon and Vancasso Tableware are the same company. So you can email them directly if you have issues or questions. So, that's a 100% endorsement from me.
