Bought a full set for 4 and one mug was broken inside. Sent photo to customer service support who told me that warehouse don't have any to replace. Full refund was declined from support team. Requested again was told to return the full set, remember the box is super heavy! And so will the postage be too! I told them this and in the 3rd attempt they did not even offer a prepaid label. I was still told to return the heavy box, on my own which probably end up breaking further items inside by myself doing so! To date. No full refund or replacement.
