It's been over two weeks since I sent money, and I haven't received any updates. They failed to clearly explain the process or timeline before the transfer and have since stopped responding adequately. I've worked with other exchanges, and even the slowest were much more efficient and professional. The stress they cause isn't worth it. Please avoid this exchange; there are better options available.
