Extremely disappointing service

Like many others, I've been a customer for years. My last transaction on November 21 was supposed to take 'up to one week' as usual. Three weeks have passed, and they claim to be in court battles while holding customer funds until February 2026, with no refunds being issued. I highly discourage using this service. Fellow clients should exercise caution. Their customer support is unprofessional and disrespectful, with confusing and unreliable communication. It's been over two weeks since I sent money, and I haven't received any updates. They failed to clearly explain the process or timeline before the transfer and have since stopped responding adequately. I've worked with other exchanges, and even the slowest were much more efficient and professional. The stress they cause isn't worth it. Please avoid this exchange; there are better options available. I feel compelled to warn others about this frustrating experience.

Unreliable service

This business is highly unreliable, with poor customer service. It took 11 days to deposit a small amount of funds to Iran after numerous follow-ups. I would not recommend this so-called 'Currency Exchange.'
