I don’t even want to give them one star. They advertise custom handpainted pet portraits on whiskey bottles, but they send poorly printed cutout decals of the pet picture you send on unmarked bottles. Then won’t respond to emails and provide no customer service phone number. I’ve emailed them 8 times and still don’t have even a hint of a solution for a refund or replacement. My last email to them…Thanks for nothing. Online scammers like your “company” create a negative experience for online shoppers, taking advantage of the trust we place in the e-commerce system. You should be ashamed of your neglect to respond, even more so to not help with a solution. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for you and the product that I ordered, yet you have no concern. Vango Gifts has a lot to learn about ethics, morals, and good customer service. I hope one day you’ll care enough to learn more about these things and take better care of your customers. Vango Gifts is a complete joke.
