Ordered product 2/9, aa of 2/25 it has not been shipped. Have reached out over 10 times and getting the most minimal response. Was told on 2/11 it was on the way and then on 2/20 said they switched their shipping provider in Canada and my order was missed and was told it would be sent 2/23, it still has not. No response despite following up over 5 times. Requested a refund and no response. They have the worst customer service I've experienced ever. I was really excited for this product and now I wish I never was fed an ad for them.
