Ordered product 2/9, aa of 2/25 it has not been shipped. Have reached out over 10 times and getting the most minimal response. Was told on 2/11 it was on the way and then on 2/20 said they switched their shipping provider in Canada and my order was missed and was told it would be sent 2/23, it still has not. No response despite following up over 5 times. Requested a refund and no response. They have the worst customer service I've experienced ever. I was really excited for this product and now I wish I never was fed an ad for them.
I bought the bestsellers glitter palette and it is AMAZING! Totally worth the hype, I use it every day. (Ive already hit pan on multiple colours!) I really really like the formula, its super smooth and soo pigmented, exactly what I was looking for. My favourite shades are Whimsical and Ethereal. Whimsical especially, I put it on top of purple eyeshadow along my lower lash line and I love how it looks.
I purchased the product on social media, and had my doubts. But boy was I wrong! Times one thousand! The colours are so beautiful and you don't need glitter glue for the glitters to stick the lip glosses are so smooth and satiny they feel great on my lips and sparkle without any candy feeling
The company even emails and checks how ypu are liking the product! Not many do that. And the price is affordable!
The product itself is what makes the experience great. It glides on, dries pretty quickly and stays. Good God does it stay. You can go full crazy Amazonian glitter-atti style... or you can go chiq with a pop of glitter on your lid. It's smooth, buttery, and gorgeous. Doesn't itch at all
Love love love the glitter eye shadow palettes. I have purchased two different ones and both are wonderful. The first had bolder colors and fun. The second was based on more classic colors. I recommend using your finger to swipe. It gives you more control and a heavier glitter look (which is the point with these!). Definitely will buy again!
They make the best glitter eyeshadows! Absolutely stunning colours! I bought the brights palette and they are so versatile! I’ve worn them to work as well as full on glitzy nights out! Delivery took about 4 weeks to the uk and customer service was excellent when I had a query. Highly recommend.
